3. lot of it my family + no obesity. but my aunt and uncle were pre-dibetic.

and my cousin had some foot neuropathy. he talked w/ diabetics. started testing his blood and radically changed his diet. no longer gets hay fever. lost weight. feels much better. but his dad denied it too long. has lots of foot issues. my brother was recently diagnosed, but not obese. just stocky. and my uncle's wife was bone thin BEFORE.
