IF the SONGS closure caused prices to increase:

  1. Why did the price go down for 3 or 4 months following the closure?
  2. There seems to have been a similar price increase from April of 2009 through January of 2010. Was SONGS closed then too?
  3. Although prices have increased, they are not as high as they were in January of 2010.

Am I missing something here? Do these price fluctuations have anything to do with the SONGS closure?
