If you look at the current picture, you see that there is a similar degree of "heating" around the tip of South America, and that just offshore of China there is much more of an anomaly. Usually these things have a lot to do with ocean currents.
There is literally no evidence for that contention. None. There is plenty of evidence against it - for example, temp and radioactivity readings within the reactors, etc.
