If you think that's the case then alert to get the admins on him (they have a number
of tools available to prove/disprove it and take the appropriate action).

Whether that is the intended effect (i.e., as a straw sock) or just the unintentional result
(i.e., of an ignorant troll), it would make sense to resolve this for all of our sakes.
