They generate MORE waste heat when critical, than when non-critical and producing just heat from decay.

You have no evidence the cores have escaped the containment housing, nor that the cores are critical.

You have just as much evidence that the cores have escaped, as you do for the existence of the god you appeal to there in the last paragraph.

(The robots aren't burning up from HEAT, they are being damaged by the hard radiation itself.)
