OK, let me rationalize it for you. Potentially, the electricity generated by those wind turbines could be used to power EV’s. (There! See!? They’re “reducing dependence on foreign oil.”)
Yeah, it’s silly, but, honestly, a lot of folks in that region wouldn’t do it to combat (so called) “climate change…”
So, if they do it to poke their finger in OPEC’s eye, I’ll take it.
