I am currently under the spell of the Honey Crisp apple. I eat one every day. At $4.00 a pound I spend quite a lot on this particular apple. The season will be coming to an end soon and I will have to wait until fall for more. I will try other apples over the summer and will like some of them, but I will long for the Honey Crisp.
