scalding hot water all the time and demand the A/C turned off because they do not like being cold.

The Chinese people are an odd bunch. They would rather pack into a non A/C bus and suffer in the heat, than pay one more yuan for a bus with A/C.

Before I get "not all of them are like that," I live in China. Been here for five years. Married to one of them. I've seen it, experienced it and even listened to their inane logic about how A/C makes the air dirty and unsafe to breath.
