How much more probable cause does one need? Especially when this would be a benefit to the nation and clean up a criminal enterprise?

They're shooting Americans with drones in Yemen for less.

I don't what country you want to live in, but I'd like mine to look out for me and my neighbors, even if they are thousands of miles away.
