working on something like this - can't block access to the sun, so block access to the grids and panels.

Yeah, I notice I don't see a lot of crap about how solar is too weak or the panels are poisonous or whatever, lately. Companies like Duke have regrouped and now just figure they can control solar - cheaper for them in the long run, no coal, no nuclear shit, really.
Hopefully this sort of thing will hasten the advent of really great battery storage and local grids.
Heh, maybe then they will just Google Earth in real time, looking for renegade solar panels as if they were searching for weed plants.
