And right now, it's a gutter. But that doesn't keep people out. Water almost stagnant, water that the wildlife needs without human urine and feces, and suntan lotion in it. I can't believe they try and blame MJ over this. I'm sure it's a very small percentage. I wish they would keep the trash AKA people out of the river.
