It's less than a quarter...

I'm all warm and fuzzy about whirligigs and solar panels too, but let's not give the spins-meisters too much uncritical credit here. They are fighting a valiant but losing battle.

Let's all pray for a global economic crash to cut CO2 emissions world-wide.
