Excess nitrogen in the water is a problem almost everywhere.

Urban and agricultural water runoff here in California is nasty. Efforts to clean it up run into all sorts of political obstacles.

It's sad sea turtles in Hawaii have to deal with this crap. They are magnificent creatures.
