has "negative economic and health effects", they will lose. There's no possibility they will convince a judge that Monsanto has dominated the US seed market purely by intimidating farmers to use an inferior product.

Put another way: though "organic" has no consistent definition, those farmers who exclude GMO seed from their crops because they're not "natural" and therefore less healthful are doing so without scientific evidence.
