The one next you may be fine: I'm pretty sure the one nearest me is OK. Some, like the one on Smøla, are apparently not so good: see http://raptorpolitics.org.uk/2011/06/09/lethal-attraction/

As far I can tell, all the ABC are asking is that birds be taken into account when choosing a site.
