3. I love the jubilation last month - "Emissions declined! Technology! Freedom!"

Except that atmospheric CO2 content didn't decline. It just kept ticking up, rising about 2 ppm each month YOY just as it has for decades now.

Bonus - the jubilation was based on taking China at their word on their total industrial emissions, and PRC statistics are kind of like stumbling through a smoke-filled attic wearing dark goggles in search of a gray cat.

Other that that, though, jubilate away!
