elevated CO2 in our houses and buildings. Modern construction techniques have lead to homes that are extremely tight. The CO2 is from breathing. Without good air exchange from the outside the levels of Oxygen goes down and the levels of CO2 goes up. Combining that with the outgassing of modern construction materials equals a formula for ill health an lower cognitive ability. The moral of this story is to air your home regularly and get outside more often.
