On this issue until it has too. Once large chunks of Greenland slide into the sea and Miami / NY is several feet under water something on the political front will begin to happen...but it will be too late. In fact it already is too late. My condolences to the next couple of generations your world is going to be vastly different then what it is today. The stupid won on this issue.

So at this point all the posturing on this issue is moot.
