...I wonder if we're at a phase transition, where the arctic suddenly jumps from one state to a different state. It looks to me like this could be the start of something dire. Abrupt climate change in the arctic means abrupt climate change worldwide follows quickly.

But then, maybe I'm wrong. In fact, I hope I'm wrong.
