2. Basically Chemtrails extension, or intentional cloud formation and global dimming.

The idea that there are government spraying programs to increase global dimming. Probably as an attempt to slow global warming or reduce CO2 levels.

I think there may be good scientific evidence for increased global dimming, and increased levels of aluminum and barium in water and snow fall. Whether this is due to an intentional secret government jet spraying program is a lot less certain.

If global warming and CO2 levels are the looming problem they appear to be, it would not surprise me if factions in the government decided this was the best we could do to combat it, and that they would do it in secret.

I can not tell if this has merit, or is total bunk. A bit too conspiracy theory, but then a lot of the population still thinks Global warming is a conspiracy theory.
