Palmer Report...Good, Bad, or Ugly [View all]

Just ran across this relatively new, 2016, independent news site. Is anyone familiar with the Palmer Report News Site? I'm trying to find information about them. I just read a conspiracy theory that Putin helped Trump by setting up the whole chemical attack which enabled Trump's missile response.
If you can share any opinions, or info. you might have on this news site I would love to hear it.
