I'm working with this fellow on a web application programming project:

I've known him for about 10 months and he's a very caring and sincere fellow.

He is actively engaged in helping to deliver supplies to their community. If anyone wants to get $$$ directly onto the ground over there, every dollar counts.

They are really frustrated as there is no insurance company to look to, and the government appears to not be taking action to help. If anything, it feels like the government may actually be making things worse.
