... if I were Russia, I'd wait until the US House decision on new aid is final. I'd also wait and see if Donald returns to power. My goal would be to obtain "buffer zone" land for Russia to control - like Crimea. Then, I would agree to "peace" but plan the next invasion. I'm surprised Russia is "done" as stated. This doesn't sound like Vlad.
