USA Strikes Venezuela - Joe Blogs [View all]

Tensions between the United States and Venezuela have taken a serious turn.

President Donald Trump has confirmed that the U.S. struck a dock facility in Venezuela linked to drug-smuggling operations — marking what appears to be the first confirmed incident on Venezuelan soil.

Until now, U.S. action had been limited to the sea, with Venezuelan drug-running boats destroyed, oil tankers seized, and a tightening maritime interdiction in the Caribbean. A strike on land changes the dynamic entirely.

In this video, I break down:
• What has actually been confirmed — and what hasn’t
• Why this incident represents a major escalation
• Whether this is about drugs, sanctions, or something bigger

This situation is evolving fast, and the risks of retaliation and wider escalation are now very real.

The question is no longer whether tensions are rising — but what happens next?
