have super advanced technology similar to (but more advanced than) our own "auto-tune", but instead of making a singers voice in tune with a song, it would make a speakers (such as trumps) incoherent ramblings into something coherent and interesting???

I submit, kind Irish_Dem, that such a technology could NEVER exist! The computing power needed, even utilizing advanced quantum computers only speculated about in the most obscure sci-fi writings, would outstrip the available power in the entire universe!

And besides, the aliens are far more interested in the development of even more advanced anal probes. Everyone knows that. Pffft!
