6. Is that a leading foreign policy conversation point down the years?

It's more of a domestic matter, with repeal of DADT and marriage questions on state ballots. This was the "foreign policy" debate--or was supposed to be....

I can't see RMoney going to bat over the plight of gay kids in Iran, for example...just wouldn't occur to him, I don't think.
