12. We had a duck for Christmas dinner

Did it on the rotisserie - O. M. G was it good. What little meat was left we picked off the carcass, skimmed that (copious) fat off the drippings and made soup. I'll take this duck soup over turkey any day (and I love turkey soup!). We froze a bunch of it. I might make a pot-pie of it some time through the winter
