That comprises FL, AL and MS. One of the most conservative of all circuit courts. The thought is that the bucks will go to a more sympathetic district to bring a case which would have precedent in all regions. That's the thought anyway. It gets harder and harder to send HRC and Lambda Legal money that I know is not going to be used here.

The reality is that my husband and I are giving it 18-24 months. I am planning on retiring in 2015. And if things stay as they are now in FL, we will be moving back to NY. It's just a headache I don't need.
