That LGBT people are discriminating against straight people.

The problem is that some of straight people (albeit fewer than in years past) feel that it is their right to outwardly be hostile to a group just because they don't like them. And, when they are now told that it is no longer socially acceptable to be outwardly hostile to LGBTers, they cry foul and cling to "heterophobia".

It's one thing if someone really really doesn't like LGBT people (albeit misguided and stereotypical). It's when they act on those beliefs and try to bring harm to LGBT people because of those beliefs, that there is a problem. They believe they have a right to harm their fellow people; the fact is they don't. And, they just can't handle that.
