4. There was a time when the world would react, to such a travesty. Not, anymore.

You see how Right-wingers responded to those parent less children, that snuck across the Mexican/American border. I really do feel for all the people (especially women and children), but the US, like the rest of our Allies, really doesn't want to get involved. Look at those 43 students slaughtered in Mexico. There's thousands that have died. Where's the help? A lot of the police and politicians are in the pockets of the drug cartel. Unless, there's oil or something valuable that the US and it's Allies can use, the culture of these countries will never change.
