2. Framing war over Planned Parenthood as "abortion clinic"

On "Meet the Press" last Sunday, Donald Trump framed Planned Parenthood as "an abortion clinic," cited PP's figure that abortion constitutes only 3% of its services, then said he heard the figure is as high as 85%. Chuck Todd, who must know better, didn't challenge Trump on the 85% number. This is where the battle over Planned Parenthood is really being fought -- the fundamental framing of whether PP is viewed as just an abortion provider, or whether, as we know to be the case, PP is a health services provider that provides cancer screenings, etc. and for which abortion is just a tiny portion of its activities. While I have seen and shared some good infographics on this, hopefully PP and its supporters will do an even better job of getting these facts out, so that efforts like those in FL will be unsuccessful.
