They openly campaign on pushing their twisted version of Christianity. But we have to watch f/ stealth theocrats. Ted Cruz is prime example. He doesn't stress governing by Biblical law, but he's the Dominionist's 'Anointed Ones and they are the most radical of 'Christian' sharia proponents.
