It happened a lot, still does - a disconnect in the expectations of how life will be lived between the two people involved.
A marriage is a contract - should probably be treated as such. I have no objection to pre-nuptial agreements. Many say that’s a deal breaker because if you love someone, it shouldn’t matter. But if nothing else, it forces a conversation about how individuals view a marriage scenario.
