31. What is how it will operate?

You see, you're still not saying what our new healthcare system will do. Are you implying that it will kill off sick patients? If so, you're quite wrong about that.

Only a few jurisdictions allow end of life decision making that involves voluntary ending of life. Most do not, and nothing in the ACA changes any of that.

So, come right out and say what you mean, please.
