20. Complicating matters, CoveredCalifornia had my correct birthdate, Anthem screwed it up.

And it too about a month before they straightened it up. I still wonder if that error (their error) isn't behind some of these issues.

I think the surgical team was/is great, all the staff are.

I think this is a business office problem, at both organizations.
