31.6 at the obesity range, to about 23, which is in the normal range.

I currently weigh less than I did before I became pregnant with my first son, who is now 38 years old. For the first time in a very long time I would call myself slender. It feels good. I hope I can maintain this.

As someone who has been overweight/obese for a very long time, I understand the struggle. I am fortunate in that my appetite reduced a while back, and so eating less was very easy. I wish I could offer a simple solution to being overweight. Alas, all I can offer is my own personal experience.
