The steroids were given to me before I ended up collapsing. That's what pisses me off a lot. Kaiser doctors are incompetent and their pharmacies and hospitals are awful!!!

When I was getting my transfusions a priest came into my hospital room to administer "last rights" to me. He mistakenly thought I was the 94 year old "Martha" who was in the bed next to me who was dying. It was a nightmare. My mother was also a nightmare since she knows everything and she told my doctor I was so anemic due to the fact that I don't eat red meat and the remedy was to simply eat lots of liver. The doctor and I rolled our eyes at each other.
