The only ones around serve the Native Americans in the area.
As for transportation, I did that for awhile and it wasn't great to say the least. I ended up buying an old car to get around in as I had no food in the house.
The services here are not great.
If I had the means, I'd get out of here, believe me.
I may report them to the dental board. That could be an option perhaps.
