15. Ok, now I watched it. (posted before I did, same conclusion)

Cholesterol is extremely necessary for life and we've absolutely been fed a load of crap about it. It's not what causes or contributes to heart disease and the arbitrary "normal" levels have been set by big pharma to sell statins, which are poison and have more than 200 side effects. Then pharma can prescribe more drugs for all the side effects..... We all need to wake up.

Since the 70's we've been sold out by our government and what used to be legitimate sources of health information, like the ADA, AHA. Here's a good video from a swedish doctor, telling the truth. Yes, it's long, but it will not be a waste of anyone's time.
