Your post just confirms what I thought of the video. It doesn't support what everyone has said on the thread. They all seem quite certain of their stance on the weakness of the video.

I'm busy with some MIT engineering lectures right now. No time for anything else. Besides, I'm in the best shape one can be in. Diet, physique. I just thought the op's posts were always helpful. I'm even using an array of supplements she recommended. Now I have to reevaluate things. I'm not convinced this member should have been banned.
