that I use in bad weather. 5 1/2 laps for a mile. For a dollar you can run all you like. Little old women fly by me and I lap some younger guys. I never ran until I hit 60.
I’m 6’3” and weigh 190, the same as I did when I got out of high school in 1968. Body shape is not the same.
