those who have never faced cigarette addiction don't realize that it's a lifestyle that you have to change, much like alcoholism. i still find myself absently grabbing for the phantom pack in my car console.

i just hope i'm strong enough to go get through it. i wonder if i used the "i'm a smoker" analogy to "i'm an alcoholic" i'd have a better understanding of my addiction.
