17. Sorry to hear about the teasing

When one of your buddies coughs, wait a beat, and then take a deep inhale and exhale with no coughing. Seriously, though, I say that now I have nothing to do for the first five minutes after I get up in the morning! I'm two months in and I feel so much better. And I'm no kid...recently hit 63, and I've smoked since my teens.
