4. I highly reccomend ecigs

They're almost effortless when trying to quit. I started out vaping part time while still smoking, then one day I just stopped going to the store to buy cigs. It was practically painless to quit with ecigs. There's a bunch of DU'ers who are currently vaping, or just starting, or old hats like myself so there's no shortage of knowledge there.

Whatever you decide, good luck! Just never quit quitting and you'll succeed one way or another.
