14. The low-carb approach really does work.

I've lost 30 lbs. since early January just by avoiding carbs, and now I'm used to not eating starchy or sweet food. My diet is more limited, obviously, but I find I eat a lot less just because I don't have food around that I'm tempted to snack on. I don't have a specific goal either but another 20 lbs. might be about right.
