every "fact" here it might be a lot of misinformation, and that video will also make it much more likely DUers will see the other AI crap on the channel. One video there even tells people what foods to avoid, what type of exercise to do, etc., based on their blood type!!!

There are no links to credible sources there, just vague references to unidentified studies. That garbage should be clearly labeled as AI, and not promoted on DU.
