9. Slow baked chicken legs

Marinated in vinegar, garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes overnight and baked covered at 250 for 2.5 ~ 3 hours. I finished some with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce under the broiler. It is fall off the bone tender and FLFC has one without sauce all to himself!

I already ate my serving of chicken and haven't decided what else to have. It is a work night for TJ and we don't have a sit down dinner on work nights. I'll make a salad I guess, I am very unmotivated today.

We are expecting snow tonight so I worry about TJ getting home in the morning.
