It was 4000 sq ft. and once the kids were off to college ...too big. We paid very little for it and made nice profit...new floors. We found a closeout deal for hardwood at 1.99 per square...you can't get laminate for that usually. It was good quality too. We replaced all the icky orange carpet and redid the kitchen -top of the line appliances found on Ebay for big discounts and bargain granite...we did all three bathrooms too.

The living room and den were lovely...just painted and restored. There was a plaster molding which we were able to save. The plaster wall were beautiful after we repaired them. You rarely see plaster work anymore....don't know anyone who can repair it but we managed to find books on how to do it. Our Cleveland House had been vacant 11 years when we bought it and brought it back to life. It was a great deal of fun so I get it.
