I bought a 2 oz bottle of Porcini olive oil. [View all]

I really like it in scrambled eggs and Deviled eggs. It's a subtle taste but sooooo good.

Any other suggestions for getting the most out of it? Anyone made a compound butter with it and if so how much does it take?

The stuff's pretty precious so I don't want to waste it experimenting!
