all you have to do is "grab a foodie" and he/she will cut one up for you on the spot for tasting. This of course draws other shoppers to see what' s up and they sell more apples.

LOL first time I let my husband go there with me, I had to physically restrain him when we went around that corner from the bakery to the "cheese wall"

I think they carry 600 varieties of cheese - not all at once because some of them are only available at certain times of the year. The Great Wall of Cheese is a sight to behold.
